949 Dandenong Road, Malvern East

At 949 Dandenong Road Malvern East, the construction of 66 student accommodation apartments consisting of a basement car park, ground floor common room, 1st, 2nd and third floors has commenced. All floors are accessible by an elevator and all apartments are self contained. These apartments have been designed by the same architect as one of our other projects namely the 53 student accommodation apartments at 484 Elgar Road Box Hill.
